NES zapper on Nintendo Wii DIY hack
Playing with revolutionary controls is not new to Nintendo. In 1984 the Nintendo Zapper light gun was introduced for the NES to play Duck Hunt and other shooting games. But now you can also use it with your Nintendo Wii to get that retro feeling. It does require some soldering, taping and steady hands. The remote control of the Nintendo Wii (Wiimote) uses Bluetooth technology to connect to the console. But with a Bluetooth USB Dongle for about $18,- you can just as easily make it interact with your PC. Piranha Wii gun accessories
Playing Shooting Rang on Wii Play (I still call it Duck Hunt) gets an extra dimension with this Wii accessory.
